Flavored vinegars are a delicious way to add excitement to your summer dishes! A flavor explosion of fruits, herbs, and spices! Perfect for marinades, light salad dressings, and sauces! Flavored vinegars are a delicious way to add excitement to your summer dishes! A flavor explosion of fruits, herbs, and spices! Perfect for marinades, light salad dressings, and sauces! In this class you experience a vinegar tasting to identify what flavor combinations appeal to you. You will learn to make flavored vinegars safely and allow flavors to extract for three to four weeks before bottling for enjoyment. Lets Make Flavored Vinegars- Part II, will bring participants back to complete the vinegar making process.
